We’re so excited to be new(ish) owners of the Alberta Sheridan Office Park! We have been making some minor and major improvements to the buildings, and we are always looking for new ways we can improve the experience of our tenants. This blog serves as somewhat of a tool for businesses around WNY who may be considering looking for a new space. Here at Alberta Sheridan Office Park, we offer a multitude of different styles of offices for rent across three separate buildings. First and foremost, the three buildings that make up our office park all have very viable office spaces available. It will depend on what size and style you’re looking for, but because these buildings are not very old, they were created with many modern necessities in mind. Some office spaces will need a little tune-up, but that’s exactly what we’re looking to do.
As new owners taking over a few beautiful buildings with some necessary updates, we want to provide an open canvas for local WNY businesses to feel that they can create their own space in our buildings. We will work with you to help create that vision!
Private Office Suites
If you’re just looking for something very small and private in a great location, 331 Alberta and 315 Alberta do offer several available private office suites that we call “Ready2Rent.” These are ready to go, with Fully Furnished & Decorated Offices, Mahogany Furniture, a meet-and-greet reception area, Wireless Internet, and Housekeeping.
Medical Offices for Rent
In addition to some traditional professional office spaces, the properties also offer medical spaces for rent. We have several units available now that have traditionally been used as a medical space, which could also be re-formatted in another scenario. The medical setup with receptions and check-in desks does offer a nice turnkey layout, with the ability to freshen up the aesthetics of the space with flooring and paint. With 3140 Right on the corner of Sheridan and Alberta, across from Whole Foods and future development projects like Station Twelve, storefront space is a premium. Satellite Offices for Rent
Sometimes you just need an office across town! Maybe you have a business in another part of Western New York, or around the country.
