As of July of 2025, our ownership at 3dWNY became the official new caretakers of what was long known as Alberta Properties, consisting of the 3 amazing buildings on the corner of Sheridan Dr. and Alberta Dr. in Amherst NY, just outside of Buffalo NY. We are so excited to bring our experience and expertise to such a vibrant property, and we look forward to improving on what our current tenants have enjoyed, while bringing new energy and life to the corner! With that being said, we are also currently developing new awareness of our existing available professional offices for rent!

When it comes to basic changes, we can certainly accommodate to create a newer space, like basic paint and carpeting, but we can also work something into the lease to build out something greater!
